My payment was declined, what should I do?

How can I get my invoice?
Your invoice will be sent to your e-mail address after your order is confirmed. You can also view and download your invoices by logging into your account and going to the "My Orders" section. This way, you can access the invoices of all your orders whenever you want.
How can I change my billing information?
You can change your billing information on the payment page before completing your order. If you want to make changes after placing an order, you can contact our customer service. Please note that you should make this request as soon as possible for the changes to be possible.
I received an error during payment, how can I resolve it?
Please try again after checking your card details and internet connection. If the issue persists, change the payment method or request support from your bank. Make sure you have correctly filled in all the required fields indicated on the payment page. Sometimes, banks may decline the transaction due to security reasons for overseas or online purchases, in which case you may need to contact your bank.
How do I use a gift card or discount code?
