+ How long will delivery take ?

Standard UK delivery usually takes 2 – 4 working days, while Express delivery arrives in 1 – 3 working days. International delivery times vary by destination and will be shown at checkout.
+ Do you ship internationally ?

At the moment, we only ship within the United Kingdom. However, international shipping will be available soon sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we expand worldwide.
+ How can I track my order ?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email notification with your tracking link. You can also track it directly in our Tracking Page and enter your order number and email address to see the latest delivery updates.
+ What should I do if my parcel hasn’t arrived ?

If your parcel hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery time, please check your tracking link first. If it’s still delayed, contact us at support@addax.co.uk with your order number.

1. Go to our Returns Portal (linked on the Help page). 2. Enter your order number and email. 3. Select your return reason and download your label. 4. Send your parcel back using your chosen method.
+ Do you offer free returns ?

Yes, we currently offer free returns for all UK orders. Once your return request is confirmed by our team, we’ll send you a return label via email so you can easily send your parcel back to us.
+ Can I return my order in your physical stores ?

A: Yes, absolutely! You can return your online order at any of our Addax London stores. Simply bring your item along with your order confirmation email, and our team will process your return in-store. You can find your nearest location on our Store Finder page.
+ How long does it take to receive my refund ?

Once your returned parcel arrives at our facility, our team will inspect the items to make sure they meet our return conditions. After the check is completed, we’ll start the refund process. Refunds are usually completed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank.
