What is the delivery process like?
Your orders are typically delivered within 2-5 business days, though this may vary depending on your city. We work with Royal Mail, and when your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number. This duration may change depending on the workload of the shipping company or weather conditions. Once your order is shipped, you can easily track its whereabouts with your tracking number.
Which shipping company do you use for delivery?
We handle all our shipments with Royal Mail. Royal Mail offers a fast and reliable service throughout the United Kingdom. Your orders are securely packaged and delivered to your address as quickly as possible.
What are the shipping fees?
Shipping is free for orders of £50 and over. For orders under £50, there is a flat shipping fee of £3.99. The shipping fee is automatically added to the total amount on the payment page after you add products to your shopping cart. Our shipping fees are determined to provide the lowest possible cost.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
We will send you an e-mail when your order is shipped. In this e-mail, you can find the Royal Mail tracking number. You can also check the status and tracking information of your order by logging into your account and going to the "My Orders" section. This way, you can see where your package is at any time.
Which regions do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. You can check whether your address is within the delivery area by entering it on the order page. Currently, we do not offer deliveries outside the United Kingdom, but we plan to offer international delivery options in the future.
Can I change the delivery address of my order?
Please contact us to change your delivery address before your order is shipped. Unfortunately, address changes are not possible after it has been shipped. Please carefully check your information before confirming your order to ensure that you have entered your delivery address correctly.
