How do I return a product?
To return your product, you can fill out our return request form. After filling out the form, a return label will be sent to you. You can ship the product to the address specified by Royal Mail using this label. The product must be unused, in resalable condition and have its label on it.
How long is the return process?
You can return the product you purchased within 30 days of receiving it. To ensure your return process goes smoothly, you must return the product in its original packaging and with its label on it. After your return request is received, the product will be inspected and you will be informed by e-mail when your return is approved.
Which products cannot be returned?
Used, washed, label removed or products that cannot be resold due to hygiene rules are not accepted for return. In particular, returns are not accepted for underwear and personal hygiene products. These rules are applied to protect customer health.
How do I exchange a product?
You can return the product you want to exchange and place a new order. When the return process is completed, the amount you paid will be refunded to you and then you can purchase the new product you want. We cannot directly exchange products at this time, so we recommend that you follow the return and re-order process.
When will I receive a refund for the product I returned?
After receiving the product you returned, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and your refund will be made to you through the payment method you used. Depending on the processing times of the banks, it may take a few days for the refund to be reflected in your account. You will be informed by e-mail about your refund status.
Do I pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. You can return with Royal Mail in a suitable way. We recommend that you choose the most cost-effective shipping method during the return process. Return fees are the responsibility of our customers and these costs may vary depending on the condition or weight of the product.
Which shipping company should I use for product returns?
You can make a return using Royal Mail. You can take your cargo by going to the nearest branch. We recommend that you keep the tracking number given during the shipment; this way, you can track your return process. You can check where your product is with this tracking number during the return process.
I received a defective product, what should I do?
If you have received a defective product, please contact us and report the situation with photos. Our customer service will assist you as soon as possible. For defective products, the return or exchange process is prioritized and we will take the necessary steps quickly to resolve your issue. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we are here to provide support in such situations.
